What is the quality of the DVD footage?
Footage standards are both important and stringent at HDHockey. We realize it is important to deliver crisp, clear and enjoyable footage all the time. Keeping with that, we strive to ensure every title is the best available footage of that game, player or fight that is available from any source. For instance, we currently own over 150 copies of 1980 Olympic footage. From those 150 copies we are able to pinpoint the best available footage of the 1980 Olympics, period. We own multiple copies of multiple titles, all secured to achieve our goal of providing the best footage available.
The HDHockey Guarantee:
It's all about being reasonable.
We ask that of our customers because we guarantee the same for our customers. If for some reason you are not happy with our footage, we will gladly replace it or refund it. Simple.
In the same spirit, if you are ordering footage that is 30 years old or perhaps even older there has to be some realistic and reasonable expectations on your part that the footage is not going to be crisp, clear all the time, or comparable to today's broadcast standards. Most of it is, yet some of it is not. Keep that in mind.
Either way, HDHockey's guarantee has you covered. |
